Rocket City Coatings

Where the trucks go

We coat and polish concrete across Madison, Limestone, and Morgan counties. The five cities below each have their own coating and polishing pages, written about that city's slabs — soil, housing stock, and what fails there first. The smaller towns further down are covered at the same prices.

Huntsville, AL

Home base. From Five Points bungalows with 70-year-old slabs to Research Park warehouses, this is where most of our floors live.

Madison, AL

Fast-growing, newer housing stock — which means builder-grade slabs that cure fast and crack early. We coat a lot of three-car garages out here.

Decatur, AL

Across the river, heavier industry. More commercial polishing work than anywhere else we go, plus plenty of garages in Southwest Decatur.

Athens, AL

Limestone County's seat, and the slabs run older. Pre-80s concrete takes a different prep approach, and we bring it.

Harvest, AL

New builds on expansive clay. Those slabs move, which is exactly the argument for a flexible polyurea base over rigid epoxy.

Same trucks, same prices

Meridianville, AL

North up 231 — newer builds on the same moving clay as Harvest, and the same flexible-base answer.

Hazel Green, AL

State-line country: big lots, big shops, and slabs that earn their keep. Shop-plus-garage bundles price well out here.

Hampton Cove, AL

Jones Valley clay under 90s and 2000s slabs. Movement cracks are routine and repairable — we see them weekly.

Owens Cross Roads, AL

Hampton Cove's neighbor over the mountain. Newer construction, three-car bays, same coating math.

Gurley, AL

Rural Madison County — metal buildings on slab, where polishing often beats coating on pure square footage.

New Hope, AL

Lake-side of the county. Garages, shops, and barn slabs all quote from the same published numbers.

Somewhere else?

Anywhere between Birmingham and Nashville is on the route — our installation crew runs from both ends of the I-65 corridor. Ask, and we'll give you the honest answer up front.

Ask about your town →
Do you charge a travel fee outside Huntsville?
Not inside our listed service area — Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, Athens, and Harvest all quote from the same published ranges. Past roughly 45 minutes from Huntsville we may add a mobilization charge, and we'll tell you the number before you commit to anything.
My town isn't listed. Will you still come?
Probably — anywhere within about 45 minutes of Huntsville quotes from the same published numbers, and the smaller towns below the main grid are all standard territory. Call and ask; the worst case is we tell you the honest mobilization cost before you commit to anything.
Are prices different city to city?
No. The published ranges hold across the service area. What changes the price is your slab — square footage, crack repair, moisture readings — not your zip code.
Where are you based?
Huntsville. We're a service-area business: crews dispatch to your site, and every job in the cities on this page is a same-day round trip.
