Before you call
What happens after I send the form?
You get a call or text the same business day — whichever you picked. We'll ask a few questions about the slab, give you a realistic price range on the phone, and book a measure visit only if the range works for you. Nobody shows up at your house to "build value" for two hours.
Do I need to know my square footage?
No. Tell us it's a 2-car garage in Madison and we're close enough to quote a range. A standard 2-car around here runs 400–500 sq ft. We measure precisely before any contract.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Phone estimates and on-site measures are both free. The only thing we'll ever ask you to commit to before a contract is a 15-minute conversation.
How far out are you booking?
It moves with the season — spring fills fastest because everyone discovers their floor peeled over winter. Call and we'll give you the actual current lead time, not a guess.
