Most coating quotes around here name zero products. You get "commercial-grade epoxy," a price, and a handshake. Then August humidity pushes moisture up through the slab and the whole thing peels at the seams.

We do it differently. Every quote names the products going on your floor, the mil thickness of each layer, and the cure schedule for that week's weather. The table's right there. Hold us to it.

Slab sweating through spring? That's vapor transmission, and it's why our base coat is moisture-tolerant polyurea, not bargain epoxy.

Do you do anything besides garages?
Yes — concrete polishing is half our work. Warehouses, retail floors, and houses where someone wants the slab itself to be the finished floor. We're the only local company that installs both polished concrete and coatings, which means when we tell you which one your space needs, it isn't a sales pitch.
How fast can you actually do it?
One day on the tools for most garages. You'll walk on it the next morning and park on it in 24–48 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. August in Huntsville cures slower than October — we'll tell you the real number for your week, not the brochure number.

Epoxy, polyaspartic, or polished concrete — how do I choose?
By the job the floor has to do, not the label. Garage you park in: polyaspartic system. Big open commercial floor or a moisture-heavy slab: polishing usually wins. Thick-build chemical resistance indoors: epoxy still earns its keep. We install all three, and the honest comparison was written because we don't care which one you pick.
Do I have to empty the garage before you show up?
Mostly, yes — the floor has to be bare for grinding, and anything left rides along to one side at best. Most customers stage things on the driveway for the day; you're back in that evening and parking in 24–48 hours. Heavy stuff bolted down (lifts, compressors, big toolboxes) we'll work around — tell us on the call and we'll plan the grind path around it.
Can you coat driveways, basements, or just garages?
Garages, basements, shops, patios, and pool decks — yes. Exposed driveways, generally no: broad exterior flatwork in full sun and rain is a different animal, and the honest answer is most coatings out there don't survive it long enough to be worth your money. Basements in particular do well here; if yours sweats, read the moisture guide first, because that decides coating vs polish.
What time of year is best to coat a garage floor in Huntsville?
Fall, if you get to pick — mild temps and lower dew points mean the fastest cures of the year. But the system installs year-round here; summer humidity just stretches the drive-on window toward 48 hours, and winter installs want the slab above the product's minimum temp, which most attached garages hold easily. Book by your schedule, not the calendar — we adjust the cure call, not the quality.
